After adding the required items to your order, the order will be send immediately, after completing the orderform, to Yarak. At the same time you will receive a confirmation per e-mail addressed to the address you supplied. When you have not received a confirmation within a few minutes indicates something must have gone wrong. Most likely this is an accidentally mistyped e-mailaddress, or the confirmation is accidentally classified as spam and as such deleted by a spamfilter.
